Summary: | To stabilize combustion performance and suppress generation of whistling sound even when drawing depth of a nozzle body 311 is shallow in a gas nozzle 31 that supplies fuel gas to a burner, is formed by pressing a plate material and includes the cylindrical nozzle body 311 having an inner space 311a into which fuel gas flows and an end wall part 312 located on the side opposite to a base end of the nozzle body 311 on an inflow side of the fuel gas, the end wall part 312 including a nozzle hole 313 that is formed therein and from which the fuel gas flowing into the inner space 311a of the nozzle body 311 jets out.SOLUTION: A base part of a nozzle hole 313 located on an inner space 311a side of a nozzle body 311 includes a diameter expansion part 313a whose bore diameter is gradually expanded toward an inner space 311a. Preferably, a distance L from the base end of the nozzle body 311 to an end wall part 312 is set to be a distance enabling drawing through pressing processing once to reduce pressing frequency so as to reduce cost as much as possible.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】バーナに燃料ガスを供給する、板材料のプレス加工で成形されるガスノズル31であって、燃料ガスが流入する内部空間311aを有する筒状のノズル本体311と、燃料ガスの流入側であるノズル本体311の基端とは反対側に位置する端壁部312とを備え、端壁部312に、ノズル本体311の内部空間311aに流入した燃料ガスが噴出するノズル孔313が形成されるものにおいて、ノズル本体311の絞り深さが浅くても、燃焼性能が安定すると共に笛吹き音の発生も抑制できるようにする。【解決手段】ノズル本体311の内部空間311a側に位置するノズル孔313の基部に、内部空間311aに向けて孔径が次第に拡大する拡径部313aを設ける。好ましくは、ノズル本体311の基端から端壁部312までの距離Lを、1回のプレス加工で絞り成形可能な距離に設定し、プレス回数を減らして、コストを可及的に低減できるようにする。【選択図】図6 |
