Summary:To provide a fire spark scattering prevention device when gas cutting which can reduce installation of an external scaffold as much as possible and can increase workability and safety, and a disassembly method of a tower tank or the like.SOLUTION: A fire spark scattering prevention device 10 is for conducting gas cutting of a steel shell 11 from an inside of a cylindrical tower tank 12 or the like. A disassembly method of a tower tank or the like comprises: a preparation step of forming a plurality of open holes 18 at the steel shell 11 from the inside of the tower tank 12 or the like; a roller bracket installation step of mounting a bracket 19 provided with a rotary roller 20 to each open hole 18 from the inside of the tower tank 12 or the like so as to protrude it horizontally toward an outside of the tower tank 12 or the like; a fire spark receiving means installation step of putting a plurality of fire spark receiving means 17 sequentially on the rotary roller 20, connecting adjacent fire spark receiving means 17 to each other, and sending and arranging them along an outside surface of the steel shell 11 by each rotary roller 20; and a gas cutting step of conducting gas cutting to the steel shell 11 from the inside of tower tank 12 or the like and receiving fire sparks by the fire spark receiving means 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】外部足場の設置を極力少なくでき、作業性と安全性の向上が図れるガス切断時の火の粉飛散防止装置及び塔槽類の解体方法を提供する。【解決手段】円筒状の塔槽類12の内部から鉄皮11のガス切断を行うための火の粉飛散防止装置10及び塔槽類の解体方法であり、塔槽類12の内部から鉄皮11に複数の貫通孔18を形成する準備工程と、塔槽類12の内部から各貫通孔18に、回転ローラ20を備えたブラケット19を、塔槽類12の外方へ水平方向に突出するように取付けるローラーブラケット設置工程と、回転ローラ20上に複数の火の粉受け手段17を順次載せると共に、隣り合う火の粉受け手段17同士を連結し、各回転ローラ20により鉄皮11の外表面に沿って送り出し配置する火の粉受け手段設置工程と、塔槽類12の内部から鉄皮11に対しガス切断を行って火の粉を火の粉受け手段17で受けるガス切断工程を有する。【選択図】図1
