To improve usability in route determination directed to a flying object.SOLUTION: A determination device according to the present application includes an acquisition section and a determination section. The acquisition section acquires location information of a terminal device installed at an arbitrary location to be a reference of a route of a flying object. The location information is obtained which is calculated based on correction information including information of coordinates of a reference station corresponding to an area where the terminal device is located and information based on a satellite signal received by the reference station.
