Summary:To provide an optical fiber cable capable of suppressing an increase in transmission loss even when being bent in a direction perpendicular to a neutral line.SOLUTION: An optical fiber cable 1 comprises: a core 2 having a plurality of optical fibers 2a; a sheath 4 housing the core 2; a pair of outside tension members 5 embedded in the sheath 4 with the core 2 held therebetween; and a pair of inside tension members 3 disposed on an inside of the sheath 4 in a radial direction with the core 2 held therebetween.
