To suppress increase in size of a vortex ring generation device.SOLUTION: A vortex ring generation device (10) includes: multiple air chamber units (A) in which air chambers (S) are respectively formed. Each of the multiple air chamber units (A) includes a stationary member (11) and a movable member (12). All the movable members (12) of the air chamber units (A) are connected to constitute one movable body (M).
