Summary:To provide an environmental facility control system which can make an output of a ventilating apparatus different according to CO2 concentration in a state of the presence of a person and can prevent deterioration of work efficiency due to drowsiness.SOLUTION: An environmental facility control system includes: a human sensitive sensor 11 which detects the presence of a person in a work space A; a CO2 sensor 21 which detects CO2 concentration of the work space A; and control means 31 which inputs data from the human sensitive sensor 11 and the CO2 sensor 21 and operates a ventilating apparatus 50 for ventilating air in the work space A. The control means 31 has a first ventilation mode for performing an output to the ventilating apparatus 50 when the CO2 concentration detected by the CO2 sensor 21 is less than a first set value in a state of detecting a person by the human sensitive sensor 11 and a second ventilation mode for performing an output to the ventilating apparatus 50 when the CO2 concentration detected by the CO2 sensor 21 is equal to and more than the first set value and less than a second set value in a state of detecting a person by the human sensitive sensor 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】人が存在する状態の中で、CO2濃度に応じて換気機器の出力を異ならせることができ、眠気による作業効率低下を防ぐことができる環境設備制御システムを提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の環境設備制御システムは、作業空間Aの人の存在を検出する人感センサ11と、作業空間AのCO2濃度を検出するCO2センサ21と、人感センサ11及びCO2センサ21からのデータを入力し、作業空間Aの空気を換気する換気機器50を動作させる制御手段31とを備え、制御手段31は、人感センサ11で人を検出した状態で、CO2センサ21で検出するCO2濃度が第1設定値未満であるときに換気機器50に出力する第1換気モードと、人感センサ11で人を検出した状態で、CO2センサ21で検出するCO2濃度が第1設定値以上で第2設定値未満であるときに換気機器50に出力する第2換気モードとを有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
