To provide a ventilator capable of realizing comfortable wind such as natural wind with a simple structure, and capable of realizing even and uniform indoor ventilation and air-conditioning.SOLUTION: A ventilator 10 comprises: a pressure chamber 1 that houses air before blowing thereinside; a perforated plate 2 arranged on one surface of the pressure chamber 1, having a plurality of blowout holes 2a for blowing out the air to the outside, and formed into a flat or curved surface; differential pressure generation means 3 that generates differential pressure between the inside and the outside of the perforated plate 2.
