Summary: | To provide silver nanoparticles capable of obtaining homogeneous silver nanoparticles having a small average particle size even when scaled-up and industrially manufactured using a thermal decomposition method capable of forming the silver nanoparticles by thermally decomposing a silver-amine complex compound, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing silver nanoparticles comprises: (10) a complex compound formation step (I) of mixing aliphatic hydrocarbon amine with a silver compound at the normal temperature to form a complex compound including the silver compound and the aliphatic hydrocarbon amine; (22) a preheating step (II) of preheating the formed complex compound at a preheating temperature of 60-90°C; and a complex compound thermal decomposition step (III) of consecutively adding the preheated complex compound to a thermal decomposition tank (30) having a thermal decomposition temperature of 80-120°C higher than the preheating temperature to decompose the preheated complex compound and form silver nanoparticles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】銀−アミン錯化合物の熱分解により銀ナノ粒子を生成させるいわゆる熱分解法について、スケールアップされた工業的な製造においても、小さい平均粒子径を有する均質な銀ナノ粒子が得られる銀ナノ粒子及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】脂肪族炭化水素アミンと銀化合物とを常温にて混合して、前記銀化合物及び前記脂肪族炭化水素アミンを含む錯化合物を生成させる(10)、錯化合物の生成工程(I)と; 生成した前記錯化合物を60〜90℃の予備加熱温度に予備加熱する(22)、予備加熱工程(II)と; 予備加熱された前記錯化合物を前記予備加熱温度よりも高い且つ80〜120℃の熱分解温度とされた熱分解槽(30)に逐次添加して熱分解させて、銀ナノ粒子を形成する、錯化合物の熱分解工程(III)と; を含む銀ナノ粒子の製造方法。【選択図】図1 |
