To provide a fitting structure of an electronic component and a vehicle interior material with an electronic component using the same.SOLUTION: A lighting device 20 comprises: a body part which is arranged in an indoor side of a tabular roof trim 6, whose power is fed in an outdoor side, and which has a luminous element; a locking part 28 protruding from the body part to the roof trim side; and a bus bar connector 27 which protrudes from the body part to the roof trim side, and has a bus bar component electrically connected with the luminous element. The roof trim has a through hole 9A receiving the locking part to form a through hole into which the bus bar connector is inserted. The bus bar connector of the lighting device is, while the locking part is engaged with the though hole, inserted from the indoor side to the through hole 9B, and an anti-loosening component is arranged at a portion of the bus bar connector protruding to the outdoor side compared with the roof trim so that the lighting device is attached to the roof trim in an anti-loosening condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】電子部品の取付構造と、この取付構造を採用した電子部品付乗物用内装材を提供する。【解決手段】ルーフトリム６は板状をなし、照明装置２０は、ルーフトリムの室内側に配されるとともに、室外側において給電され、発光素子を備える本体部分と、本体部分からルーフトリム側に突出する係止部２８と、本体部分からルーフトリム側に突出するとともに、発光素子に電気的に接続されるバスバー部材が設けられたバスバーコネクタ２７と、を備えている。ルーフトリムは、係止部を受ける貫通孔９Ａを備え、バスバーコネクタを挿通する貫通孔が形成される。照明装置は、係止部を貫通孔に係止した状態で、バスバーコネクタが室内側から貫通孔９Ｂに挿通されるとともに、バスバーコネクタのうちルーフトリムよりも室外側に突出した部分に抜止部材を取り付けることにより、抜け止めされるようにルーフトリムに取り付けられる。【選択図】図３
