Summary: | To provide a method for dispersing a liquid, and a method for discharging or coating a liquid, or an apparatus therefor, capable of avoiding problems where a liquid level deviates and is erroneously detected by a sensor, causing a backflow to the upstream of the container, or where slurry sticks to the wall surface of a slurry vessel, hardly flows down toward the bottom of the vessel, and prevents a light-emitting and light-receiving sensor, which is not subject to explosion protection, of an optical fiber to be used in a coating booth from detecting the liquid level, causing malfunction, in a liquid discharge or coating apparatus.SOLUTION: Reserved containers 2, 2' are disposed at the upstream of containers 1, 1', and tubes and pipes of compressed gas exhaust lines 8, 8' from a slurry vessel are made to intrude into the reserved containers so that, even if a liquid backflows, the liquid stays in the reserved containers and does not backflow upstream of the reserved containers. In addition, a protector and a screen through which a gas can freely passes are used so that even a few drops or minute drops of liquid do not backflow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】液体の吐出または塗布装置において、液面が狂いセンサーで誤検知して容器の上流まで逆流が発生することや、スラリーがスラリー容器の壁面にこびりつき容器下部に向かって流下しづらく塗布ブース内で使用する光ファイバーの防爆対象外の発光受光センサーで液面検知ができなくなる誤作動の要因になることなどの不具合を回避する、液体の分散方法、および吐出または塗布方法、またはその装置の提供。【解決手段】容器1、1'の上流に予備容器2、2'を設置し、スラリー容器からの圧縮気体排気ライン8、8'のチューブやパイプを予備容器の内部まで侵入させ、仮に逆流しても予備容器内に留め置き、予備容器上流に逆流しないようにした。また更に例え液滴であっても、上流に逆流しないようにプロテクターや気体は自由に移動できるスクリーンで微細な液滴であっても逆流しないようにした。【選択図】図1 |
