To provide a fastening member with an adhesive mat, and an installation structure of the fastening member with the adhesive mat, in which reduction of an adhesive surface due to a bolt-like member can be eliminated.SOLUTION: A fastening member 25 with an adhesive mat includes a fastening part 12 and a bolt-like member 21. A through hole 16a formed in a fastening part body 13 of the fastening part 12 is formed at a top of a swelling part 14 that swells from a back surface 13b of the fastening part body 13. Also, in an inner side of the swelling part 14, a head housing part 14c is formed which is recessed from a mat adhesive surface 13a toward the back surface 13b side. A head end face 22a of the head 22 of the bolt-like member 21 facing an adhesive mat 20 is housed in the head housing part 14c at a position where the adhesive mat 20 can be adhered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】ボルト状部材による粘着面の減少を無くせる粘着マット付き固定部材、及び粘着マット付き固定部材の設置構造を提供すること。【解決手段】粘着マット付き固定部材２５は、固定部１２とボルト状部材２１とを備える。固定部１２の固定部本体１３に形成される貫通孔１６ａは、固定部本体１３の裏面１３ｂよりも膨出した膨出部１４の頂部に形成されている。また、膨出部１４の内側には、マット貼着面１３ａから裏面１３ｂ側へ凹む頭部収容部１４ｃが形成されている。ボルト状部材２１の頭部２２における粘着マット２０に対向する頭部端面２２ａは粘着マット２０が貼着可能な位置で頭部収容部１４ｃに収容されている。【選択図】図５
