Summary:To provide a heat storage body that can avoid unevenness due to that lug parts of the heat storage body that are adjacent to each other while interposing a base material therebetween overlap on each other on a width face of the base material, and to provide a construction structure that fixes the heat storage body to a base material of a wall, floor, ceiling or the like.SOLUTION: A heat storage body 10 includes a latent heat storage material 3 filled into an encapsulation part 20 of a bag-shaped container 2 that has a rectangular shape, and the four sides thereof are sealed and connected by lug parts 40. The lug parts 40 of the facing two sides are formed with a rugged edge 41 that extends and contracts a width of the lug parts 40.
