To secure a charge amount of a high-voltage battery required for motor drive after switching from traveling by remote control to traveling by driving of an occupant.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a vehicle control device includes a communication control part for performing communication with a remote control device, and a driving control part for performing driving control of a vehicle in accordance with a remote control signal received from the remote control device by the communication control part.
