Summary:To provide a motor control system and a motor control method, capable of accurately detecting a ripple during motor inversion without causing a delay in detection of a current ripple component.SOLUTION: A ripple pulse conversion unit 10 detects a current ripple included in an armature current of a DC motor 3 and outputs the detected ripple as a pulse signal. The ripple pulse conversion unit 10 comprises a current detection unit 11 which outputs a change in the armature current as a voltage change signal, a signal smoothing unit 21 which includes a low-pass filter 23a including a cutoff frequency fc1 and outputs a smoothing signal S1 composed of a current ripple component and a noise component from the voltage change signal, and a cutoff frequency adjustment unit 41 which adjusts the cutoff frequency fc1. If an armature current is detected and a pulse signal frequency is lower than a prescribed value when a switch 6 is off, the cutoff frequency adjustment unit 41 changes the cutoff frequency fc1 to fr lower than a frequency fn when the switch is on.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】電流リップル成分の検出遅れを招来することなく、モータ逆転時においてもリップル検出を正確に行う。【解決手段】リップルパルス変換部10は、直流モータ3の電機子電流に含まれる電流リップルを検出してパルス信号として出力する。リップルパルス変換部10は、電機子電流の変化を電圧変化信号として出力する電流検出部11と、カットオフ周波数fc1を有するローパスフィルタ23を有し電圧変化信号から電流リップル成分とノイズ成分からなる平滑信号S1を出力する信号平滑部21と、カットオフ周波数fc1を調整するカットオフ周波数調整部41とを有する。カットオフ周波数調整部21は、スイッチ6がオフ状態のとき、電機子電流が検出され、かつ、パルス信号の周波数が所定値よりも低い場合、カットオフ周波数fc1を、スイッチオン状態のときの周波数fnよりも低いfrに変更する。【選択図】図5
