Summary:To provide a coil component capable of improving a mounting strength.SOLUTION: A coil component 100 comprises: a magnetic core 1 having a pair of wound parts 11a and 11b; a pair of coil conductors 2a and 2b where a conductive wire is wound to each of the pair of wound part; and a fixed member 3 which has a spring property, and comprises an upper surface part, a fist side surface part, a second side surface part, a first bottom surface part, and a second bottom surface part, and is fixed in an aspect of surrounding the magnetic core 1. An angle formed by the upper surface part of the fixed member 3 and the first side surface part and an angle formed by the upper surface part and the second side surface part in a state detached from the magnetic core 1 are an acute angle, respectively. An angle formed by the first side surface part and the first bottom surface part and an angle formed by the second side surface part and the second bottom surface part are an acute angle, respectively. Also, the first and second side surface parts are formed by a curve surface.
