To provide a lighting device capable of being installed to a ceiling easily.SOLUTION: A lighting device comprises: a light source device 1 provided with a light emitting element 10 that emits light; an arm 4 having an arm base part 40 fixed to an object to be installed, a first arm part 41 located on the left end side of the arm base part 40 in a horizontal direction and attached to the left surface of the light source device 1, and a second arm part 41 located on the right end side of the arm base part 40 and attached to the right surface of the light source device 1; a first connection member 5 that presses the first arm part 41 to connect the light source device 1 and the first arm part 41; and a second connection member 6 that connects the light source device 1 and the second arm part 41 without pressing the second arm part 41.
