Summary:To downsize in a direction along a surface of a packing body portion.SOLUTION: An inflow side packing 71 is arranged between a valve body that has a valve body portion rotating in a storage portion of a housing, of a rotary valve, and a plane portion 34 that faces the storage portion and has a plurality of inflow ports 42 and 44 of fluid as opening portion. A packing body portion 72 of the inflow side packing 71 has through-holes 73a, 73b, and 73c penetrating the packing body portion in a thickness direction thereof. The packing body portion 72 is equipped with annular first seal portions 74a, 74b, and 74c that are provided around the respective through-holes 73a, 73b, and 73c and contact with the plane portion 34, and an annular second seal portions that are provided around the respective through-holes 73a, 73b, and 73c and contact with the valve body portion. A part in the circumferential direction of the first seal portion 74a and a part in the circumferential direction of the adjacent first seal portions 74b and 74c overlap with each other, and a part in the circumferential direction of the second seal portion and a part in the circumferential direction of the adjacent second seal portions overlap with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 【課題】パッキン本体部の面に沿う方向における小型化を図る。【解決手段】流入側パッキン71は、ロータリバルブのうち、ハウジングの収容部内で回動する弁本体部を有する弁体と、収容部に面し、かつ流体の複数の流入口42,44を開口部として有する平面部34との間に配置される。流入側パッキン71のパッキン本体部72は、その厚み方向に貫通する貫通孔73a,73b,73cを有する。パッキン本体部72は、各貫通孔73a,73b,73cの周囲に設けられて平面部34に接触する環状の第1シール部74a,74b,74cと、各貫通孔73a,73b,73cの周囲に設けられて弁本体部に接触する環状の第2シール部とを備える。第1シール部74aの周方向における一部と、隣の第1シール部74b,74cの周方向における一部とが重複し、第2シール部の周方向における一部と、隣の第2シール部の周方向における一部とが重複している。【選択図】図12
