Summary: | To provide a control device which can improve the riding comfort of an occupant when a vehicle that has jumped makes a landing in comparison to a conventional technique.SOLUTION: A control device according to the present invention is mounted on a vehicle that has an attenuation force adjustment type shock absorber provided between a vehicle body and a wheel and controls the attenuation force of the shock absorber. The control device comprises: a jump detection unit which detects that the vehicle jumps; and a control unit which performs landing-time attenuation force control for restricting the attenuation force in the contraction of the shock absorber to be equal to or less than prescribed attenuation force when the jump detection unit detects the jump of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
