To provide a washing medium supply device which allows a user to properly execute hand washing, by recording information related to a hand washing state of a user, adjusting and controlling supply of a washing medium and an instruction to a user, on the basis of an analysis result of analyzing the recorded information.SOLUTION: A washing medium supply device is configured so that, about an analysis result acquired by analyzing prescribed information related to a hand washing state of a user, a management control part acquires control information corresponding to the analysis result, as hand washing management information, on the basis of hand washing management information, supply of the washing medium and reporting of information related to hand washing are controlled, and a condition of hand washing applied to a user, when a user washes his/her hands, and a behavior of the user related to hand washing can be changed, so that, corresponding to a state of hand washing of the user reflected in the analysis result of the prescribed information related to the hand washing state, for further improving the state of the hand washing, adjustment of supply of a detergent, and approach to the user can be performed, proper hand washing can be promoted for each user, thereby improving quality of hand washing of each user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 使用者の手洗い状況に関連する情報を記録し、記録した情報を分析した分析結果に基づいて洗浄媒体の供給や使用者への指示を調整制御して、使用者が手洗いを適切に実行できるようにする洗浄媒体供給装置を提供する。【解決手段】 使用者の手洗い状況に関連する所定の情報を分析して得られる分析結果について、これに対応する制御情報を管理制御部が手洗い管理情報として取得し、この手洗い管理情報に基づいて、洗浄媒体の供給や手洗いに係る情報の報知を制御して、使用者が手洗いを行う際の、使用者に与えられる手洗いの条件や、使用者の手洗いに係る行動を変化させられることから、手洗い状況に関連する所定の情報の分析結果にあらわれる使用者の手洗いの状態に対応させて、この手洗いの状態がより改善されるように洗浄剤供給の調整や使用者への働きかけを行うことができ、使用者ごとの適切な手洗いを促して、使用者の手洗いの質の向上が図れる。【選択図】 図１
