Summary:To provide an exhaust device which can be easily attached to an incision energy device such as an ultrasonic coagulation incision device and an electric surgical knife device, and can surely discharge mists such as generated steam and smoke, and an exhaust system.SOLUTION: An exhaust device 50 comprises: a main body part 51 having flexibility and extending over substantially-entire lengths of cylindrical shafts 30, 90 of an incision energy device (for example, an ultrasonic coagulation incision device 10 and an electric surgical knife device 80) at which a tip of an incision energy generation part 32 is arranged; a pair of capturing parts 52 arranged at the main body part 51, and capturing the cylindrical shafts 30, 90; and a flow passage forming part 54 for forming a flow passage 56 of mists generated from the energy generation part 32.
