Summary:To provide a dispensation system capable of reducing a work load applied to a user.SOLUTION: A dispensation system 1 comprises: a robot 2 for performing dispensation work related to a stock solution 15 which is stored in each well 12 of a microplate 10; a measurement data acquiring part 41 of a high rank controller 4 for acquiring measurement data of concentration of the stock solution 15; a dispensation operation execution part 30 of a robot controller 3 for causing a robot 2 to execute dispensation operation based on the measurement data, by a dispensation command from the high rank controller 3; a target substance amount acquiring part 53 for acquiring a target substance amount of a substance 18 included in the stock solution 15; and a second dispensation amount calculating part 54 for, on the basis of the measurement data and the target substance amount, calculating a second dispensation amount of the stock solution 15 so as to extract from the microplate 10, the substance 18 by the target substance amount.
