Summary:To provide a fuel cell system capable of shortening the charging time of a secondary battery.SOLUTION: There is provided a fuel cell system mounted on a vehicle. The fuel cell system includes: a fuel cell; a secondary battery; a system temperature acquisition part acquiring a temperature inside the fuel cell system; and a control part. When the temperature inside the system is equal to or less than a predetermined first temperature, the control part charges the secondary battery until a state-of-charge value of the secondary battery reaches a predetermined first threshold, and scavenges the fuel cell in a first pattern. On the other hand, when the temperature inside the system exceeds the predetermined first temperature, the control part charges the secondary battery until the state-of-charge value of the secondary battery reaches a predetermined second threshold that has a larger value than the first predetermined threshold, and scavenges the fuel cell in a second pattern with a shorter scavenging time than that in the first pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】二次電池の充電時間を短縮できる燃料電池システムを提供する。【解決手段】車両に搭載された燃料電池システムであって、燃料電池と、二次電池と、前記燃料電池システム内の温度を取得するシステム温度取得部と、制御部と、を有し、前記制御部は、前記システム温度が所定の第1の温度以下である場合に、前記二次電池の充電状態値が所定の第1の閾値になるまで前記二次電池の充電を行い、且つ、前記燃料電池に対して第1のパターンの掃気を行い、一方、前記制御部は、前記システム温度が所定の第1の温度を超える場合に、前記二次電池の充電状態値が所定の前記第1の閾値よりも値が大きい所定の第2の閾値になるまで前記二次電池の充電を行い、且つ、前記燃料電池に対して前記第1のパターンの掃気よりも掃気時間が短い第2のパターンの掃気を行うことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。【選択図】図1
