Summary:To increase the degree of freedom in design of a prevention mechanism to improve durability.SOLUTION: A focal plane shutter comprises: a second rear driving member 620B that is connected with a rear blade and is pushed by a first rear driving member 620A to rotate, thereby causing the rear blade to run; and a prevention mechanism 91 that can make a transition between a prevention state for preventing a bound of the second rear driving member 620B at the completion of exposure running and a retracted state for not preventing the bound.
