Summary: | To reduce the number of times of imaging for illuminance correction than before.SOLUTION: A control device includes: control means that controls an illumination device including a plurality of light sources and an imaging apparatus having an optical system in which an optical axis of a lens and a main light beam are parallel on an incident side of the light, and obtains a first number of reference images corresponding to each of the first number of light sources, which are obtained by imaging a reference object while the first number of light sources among the plurality of light sources are turned on one by one; and generation means that generates correction data for obtaining information on reflection characteristics of an object to be measured, corresponding to the light source used when imaging the object to be measured different from the reference object among the plurality of light sources of the illumination device on the basis of the first number of reference images. The correction data includes the first number of reference images and an image derived by interpolation processing using at least two of the first number of reference images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
