Summary:To suppress a decrease in durability of a joint portion between a rolling bearing and a strain sensor while maintaining sensitivity of the strain sensor at high level.SOLUTION: A rolling bearing device comprises: a rolling bearing including an outer ring having an inner peripheral surface on which a first raceway surface is provided, an inner ring having an outer peripheral surface on which a second raceway surface is provided, and a plurality of rolling elements interposed between the first raceway surface and the second raceway surface; a strain sensor detecting strain of the rolling bearing; and a fixation portion for fixing the strain sensor to the peripheral surface of at least one of the outer peripheral surface of the outer ring and the inner peripheral surface of the inner ring.
