Summary:To separate fluorine from an electrolytic solution without using a solid carrier in detoxification processing of a battery.SOLUTION: A battery containing a fluorine-containing electrolytic solution is prepared. A battery is opened. After opening the battery, a vaporization component of the fluorine-containing electrolytic solution is released from the battery by adjusting the atmospheric pressure and the battery temperature in a low moisture atmosphere. A liquid component is produced by condensing the vaporization component. The low moisture atmosphere has moisture concentration of 0.04 vol% or less. At the time of release of the vaporization component, the atmospheric pressure is 1 kPa or less, and the battery temperature is 120°C to 160°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】電池の無害化処理において、固体担体を使用せずに、電解液からフッ素を分離すること。【解決手段】フッ素含有電解液を含む電池が準備される。電池が開封される。電池の開封後、低水分雰囲気下において、雰囲気圧力と、電池温度とが調整されることにより、フッ素含有電解液の気化成分が電池から放出する。気化成分が凝縮されることにより、液体成分が製造される。低水分雰囲気は0.04vol%以下の水分濃度を有する。気化成分の放出時、雰囲気圧力は1kPa以下であり、かつ電池温度は120℃から160℃である。【選択図】図3
