Summary:To provide a method for easily introducing a sufficient tensile force to a tie rod of a vibration control device which is installed at a column beam framing body.SOLUTION: A vibration control device comprises a seesaw member 15 joined to a first member 13 of a column beam framing body 11 via a pin joining body 16, a pair of dampers attached to both end parts of the seesaw member 15, and first and second tie rods 18 and 19 which are pin-joined to both the end parts of the seesaw member 15 at lower end parts, intersect with each other, and pin-joined to corner parts of the column beam framing body 11 at upper end parts. After installing the pin joining body 16 and the seesaw member, both end parts of the second tie rod 19 are joined to the seesaw member and the corner parts, and upper end parts of the first tie rod 18 are joined to the corner parts. At this time, the seesaw member 15 is in a state in which the end parts to which the second tie rod 19 is joined are inclined so as to be raised. The lower end parts of the first tie rod 18 are pulled by a jack 24, and joined to the seesaw member 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】柱梁架構体に設置される制振装置のタイロッドに簡便に十分な引張力を導入する方法を提供する。【解決手段】制振装置は、柱梁架構体11の第1部材13にピン接合体16を介して接合されたシーソー部材15と、シーソー部材15の両端部に取り付けられた1対のダンパーと、下端部においてシーソー部材15の両端部にピン接合され、互いに交差し、上端部において柱梁架構体11の隅部にピン接合された第1及び第2タイロッド18,19とを備える。ピン接合体16及びシーソー部材を設置後、第2タイロッド19の両端部をシーソー部材及び隅部に接合し、第1タイロッド18の上端部を隅部に接合する。この時、シーソー部材15は、第2タイロッド19が接合した端部が上昇しているように傾いた状態にある。第1タイロッド18の下端部をジャッキ24で引っ張ってシーソー部材15に接合する。【選択図】図3
