Summary:To provide a method for manufacturing a can container which easily follows processing deformation of a base material of a can body (for example, aluminum base material) in a can container such as a can for beverage, can maintain high adhesion between the can body and a resin film, and can effectively prevent, especially, occurrence of scratches and peeling in post-processing after seamless can molding.SOLUTION: A can container includes a cylindrical can body, a resin film covering at least a part of an outer peripheral surface of the can body, and a printing image layer provided on the resin film, in which surface free energy on the surface of the resin film at a temperature of 25°C is 30 mJ/m2 or more and 50 mJ/m2 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】飲料用缶などの缶容器において、缶体の基材(例えば、アルミニウム基材など)の加工変形に容易に追随し、缶体と樹脂フィルムとが高い密着性を維持することができ、特に、シームレス缶成形後の後加工時での傷の発生や剥がれなどを有効に防止することができる缶容器の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】筒状の缶体と、缶体の外周面の少なくとも一部を被覆する樹脂フィルムと、樹脂フィルムの上に設けられた印刷画像層と、を備える缶容器であって、樹脂フィルムの表面の表面自由エネルギーは、温度25℃において30mJ/m2以上50mJ/m2以下である、缶容器を提供する。【選択図】図7
