Summary:To provide a transmission server, a transmission device and a reception device for digital broadcasting, and a program that efficiently enable data retransmission in response to a retransmission request from a receiving side using communication based on coded data of an error correction code used in digital broadcasting.SOLUTION: A transmission server 6 of the present invention is supplied with coded data of an error correction code related to digital broadcasting generated by a transmission device 2 (3), stores the coded data for a predetermined time, receives, through an IP network 8, a retransmission request packet generated when a reception device 5 cannot correct a bit error of the coded data, changes a coding rate of the coded data related to the retransmission request while determining, according to communication quality, whether the coding rate is to be increased or decreased, and re-transmits it to the reception device 5 by IP packet formation. The transmission device 2 (3) of the present invention sequentially outputs the coded data to the transmission server 6. The reception device 5 of the present invention repeats the retransmission request until decoding within a predetermined time by using the coded data obtained through the retransmission request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】デジタル放送で利用する誤り訂正符号の符号化データを基に、効率的に、通信を利用して受信側からの再送要求に応じてデータ再送を可能とする送信サーバ、デジタル放送に係る送信装置及び受信装置、並びにプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の送信サーバ6は、送信装置2(3)で生成されたデジタル放送に係る誤り訂正符号の符号化データを入力して所定時間分を保存し、IP網8経由で受信装置5にて符号化データのビット誤りが訂正できなかったときに生成される再送要求パケットを受信し、再送要求に係る符号化データについて通信品質を応じてよりも高くするか低くするかを区別して変更しIPパケット形成で受信装置5に向けて再送する。本発明の送信装置2(3)は当該符号化データを順次、送信サーバ6に出力する。本発明の受信装置5は再送要求を経て得られた符号化データを用い所定時間内に復号できるまで再送要求を繰り返す。【選択図】図1
