To provide an image formation device with a recording medium loading device that can easily perform positioning of a recording medium to be loaded.SOLUTION: A first loading member 33 is provided closer to the side of an image formation device 100 than a second loading member 34. A recording medium loading device 30 has a retained part that is retained by the image formation device 100, and by the retained part being retained by the image formation device 100, the recording medium loading device 30 takes a storing position. The first loading member 33 includes a pair of controlling members 38 that control the position of the side ends of the loaded recording medium P. The recording medium loading device 30 is provided separately from the pair of the controlling members 38 and has an operating member 39 that is provided on a farther side from the image formation device 100 than the pair of the controlling members 38.
