To provide a bath function device and a bath system capable of more accurately monitoring that a bathing person is continuing bathing over a long time and appropriately checking safety of the bathing person.SOLUTION: A hot water supply device 10 (bath function device) includes: a water heater 11 for supplying hot water to a bathtub; a kitchen remote controller 13 (operation device) that can communicate with the water heater 11; and a bathroom remote controller 12 (notification device). The water heater 11 includes: a bathtub entering and leaving detection part 111a for detecting bathtub entering and leaving, a bathing timer part 111b for starting to measure time in response to the detection of bathing by the bathtub entering and leaving detection part 111a, and a notification part 111c for transmitting notification indicating that bathing has continued for a long time to the kitchen remote controller 13 on the basis of the fact that the measured time of the bathing timer part 111b reaches predetermined setting time.
