Summary:To provide a cage of a rolling bearing which can suppress noise resulting from the cage, and the rolling bearing.SOLUTION: In a cage 6 of a rolling bearing, pockets 12 for holding balls 5 are formed at a plurality of points of an annular body 10 in a circumferential direction. A guide clearance δ1 at an outside diameter side in a radial direction including a center of the pocket 12 being a clearance of the annular body 10 in the radial direction between an opening edge 10a of the pocket of the annular body 10 at an external peripheral face side and the ball 5, in a cross section which is cut by a plane vertical to a cage axial core, is 1 to 2% of a diameter d5 of the ball 5. A guide clearance δ2 at an inside diameter side in the radial direction being a clearance of the annular body 10 in the radial direction between an opening edge 10b of the pocket of the annular body 10 at an internal peripheral face side and the ball 5 is equal to 1.5 times or larger of the guide clearance δ1 at the outside diameter side in the radial direction.
