To provide a silicone composite stain-resistant sheet which demonstrates stain-resistance and washability stably over the long term, is readily bonded to an adherend and can conform to cracks or misalignments on a work surface, and a construction method using the same to prevent graffiti.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a silicone composite stain-resistant sheet comprising a base material layer, and a silicone adhesive layer that is deposited on one surface of the base material layer, having a hardness of 5 or less as measured by an Asker C durometer and an adhesive force of 5 N/25 mm or more to a mortar test piece.
