Summary:To provide a gas cutting tip of which durability of a cover is improved.SOLUTION: A first gas cutting tip is a non-water-cooled type gas cutting tip that is installed on a torch to which cutting oxygen, preheating oxygen and fuel gas are supplied independently. This gas cutting tip has: a nozzle body A in which a trunk 2 and a nozzle 1 are integrally configured, a cutting oxygen flow passage 3 is so formed as to penetrate the center of the body and the nozzle, a mixing part 6c for preheating oxygen and fuel gas is formed in the trunk, and a passage 4 for the mixed gas of preheating oxygen and fuel gas is formed at an end of the nozzle; and a cover B at a center of which a hole 14, in which the nozzle body is inserted to form a mixed gas flow passage between the cover itself and an outer peripheral surface of the nozzle of the nozzle body, is formed, and at one end of which a screw 13 coupled to the torch is formed. A heat capacity of the cover falls within a range of three to eight times a heat capacity of the nozzle body, or a volume of the cover falls within a range of three to eight times a volume of the nozzle body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】カバーの耐久性を向上させたガス切断火口を提供する。【解決手段】第1のガス切断火口は、切断酸素と予熱酸素と燃料ガスが夫々独立して供給されるトーチに装着される非水冷型のガス切断火口であって、胴中2とノズル1とが一体的に構成されると共に胴中とノズルの中心を貫通して切断酸素流路3が形成され、胴中には予熱酸素と燃料ガスの混合部6cが形成され、ノズルの端部には予熱酸素と燃料ガスの混合ガスの通路4が形成されたノズル本体Aと、中心にノズル本体を嵌挿して該ノズル本体のノズルの外周面との間に混合ガス流路を形成する穴14が形成され、一方の端部にトーチに締結するねじ13が形成されたカバーBと、を有し、カバーの熱容量がノズル本体の熱容量の3倍乃至8倍の範囲にあるか、又はカバーの体積がノズル本体の体積の3倍〜8倍の範囲にある。【選択図】 図1
