To provide a hydroponic cultivation system in which cultivation cylinders can be easily attached and detached and moved, the cultivation cylinders can be easily washed, and the separation distance between the cultivation cylinders can be freely adjusted.SOLUTION: A hydroponic cultivation system comprises a plurality of cultivation cylinders for planting plant seedlings, a support member for supporting the cultivation cylinder, and a holding member for holding the cultivation cylinder. The cultivation cylinder has closing members that close both ends thereof. The closing member on at least one end side thereof is detachably provided.
