Summary:To obtain an electric power facility control system which can appropriately start power transmission to an electric power facility.SOLUTION: An information processing device 1 of an electric power facility control system comprises: an acquisition unit 20; a determination unit 21; a power transmission control unit 22; and a notification control unit 23. The acquisition unit 20 acquires position information of an operator. The determination unit 21 determines whether or not a position of the operator is in a work section on the basis of the position information acquired by the acquisition unit 20 before starting power transmission from an electric power substation to an electric power facility. The power transmission control unit 22 controls the electric power substation, starts the power transmission from the electric power substation to the electric power facility when it is determined that the position of the operator is not in the work section by the determination unit 21, and does not start the power transmission from the electric power substation to the electric power facility when it is determined that the position of the operator is in the work section by the determination unit 21.
