Summary:To provide a gas meter capable of discriminating a transient abnormality from a permanent abnormality on the basis of the number of times of the occurrence of the abnormality generated in a CPU and performing notification about the occurrence of the permanent abnormality.SOLUTION: A gas meter includes: a CPU reset part 12 which detects a reset factor of a CPU and resets the CPU; a start detection part 13 which detects a start by the reset; a determination part 14 which determines whether or not the reset factor is an abnormality of the CPU when the start is detected; a counter part 15 which counts up the number of times of occurrence of the abnormality when the reset factor is an abnormality of the CPU; an abnormality discrimination part 16 which determines whether the abnormality of the CPU is transient or permanent based on the number of times of occurrence of the abnormality and a threshold value when the reset factor is an abnormality of the CPU; an interruption part 18 which interrupts gas supply based on the number of times of occurrence of the abnormality when the abnormality is permanent; and a notification part 19 which performs notification about warning information or interruption information based on the number of occurrence of the abnormality when the abnormality is permanent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】CPUに発生した異常の発生回数に基づいて、一過性の異常と恒久的な異常とを判別し、恒久的な異常発生時に報知することができるガスメータを提供する。【解決手段】ガスメータは、CPUのリセット要因を検出して、CPUをリセットするCPUリセット部12と、リセットによる起動を検出する起動検出部13と、起動が検出された場合、リセット要因がCPUの異常であるか否かを判定する判定部14と、リセット要因がCPUの異常である場合、その異常の発生回数をカウントアップするカウンタ部15と、リセット要因がCPUの異常である場合、異常の発生回数及び閾値に基づいてCPUの異常が一過性又は恒久的なものであるかを判別する異常判別部16と、恒久的な異常である場合、異常の発生回数に基づいてガスの供給を遮断する遮断部18と、恒久的な異常である場合、異常の発生回数に基づいて警告情報又は遮断情報を報知する報知部19とを備える。【選択図】図1
