To prevent the precipitates from re-floating so as to improve quality of oil and/or water in a storage tank and/or a channel in which the precipitates, or floatable solid objects, are, after precipitation and deposition, conventionally likely to re-float to be re-suspended due to wave motion and/or some change associated with flow.SOLUTION: A precipitate capturing mat comprises hollow columnar bodies formed of resin plates or metal plates densely vertically laid in a mat-like shape on an inner bottom surface of a storage tank for: collecting recovery liquid in a simple configuration using a pail or drum can; or circulating cutting fluid or grinding fluid for a machine tool using a circulation pump, so as to settle, capture and deposit settling suspended solid objects in the hollow columnar bodies. The captured objects, or precipitates captured in an encapsulated state, is hardly impacted by a falling wave motion of a return liquid, or fluid, and hardly refloat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 貯留槽や流水路等の浮遊固形物は、沈降して堆積しても、流入水の波動や流動水変化で再浮遊しやすく、懸濁しやすい。沈殿物の再浮遊を防止して、貯留槽や流水路油水液の品質を向上させる。【解決手段】 ペール缶やドラム缶を使用した簡易な再生液の回収、循環ポンプを使用した工作機械の切削液、研削液等の貯留槽において、該貯留槽の内底面に、樹脂板や金属板で形成した中空柱状体を上下方向に密植した形のマット状にして敷設し、沈降する浮遊固形物を該中空柱状体内に沈降させ捕捉し沈殿させる。内包状態で捕捉された沈殿物は、戻り液の落下波動や、流動液の影響を受け難く再浮遊し難くなる。【選択図】 図１
