Summary:To provide a dialyzer capable of reducing a patient's burden according to circulation dynamics of blood after injection of replenishment fluid, and to provide a control method for a water removing speed.SOLUTION: A dialyzer 100 includes: a blood circuit 110; blood purification means 120; a dialysis fluid circuit 130; circulation blood amount measuring means 140; replenishment fluid injection means for injecting replenishment fluid to the blood circuit 110; and a control unit 150 for controlling the replenishment fluid injection means so as to intermittently inject a predetermined amount of replenishment fluid to the blood circuit 110 at a predetermined interval. When removing water in the blood by the blood purification means 120, the control unit 150 reduces a water removing speed of the blood purification means 120 when a reduction speed of a rate of change after completion of the latest injection of the replenishment fluid measured by the measuring means 140 exceeds a first threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】補充液注入後の血液の循環動態に応じて、患者の負担を低減可能な透析装置及び除水速度の制御方法を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の透析装置100は、血液回路110と、血液浄化手段120と、透析液回路130と、循環血液量測定手段140と、補充液を血液回路110に注入するための補充液注入手段と、血液回路110に所定の間隔で間歇的に所定の量の補充液を注入するように補充液注入手段を制御する制御部150と、を備え、制御部150は、血液浄化手段120により血液中の水分を除去する場合に、測定手段140により測定される直近の補充液の注入終了後における変化率の減少速度が第1の閾値を超えると、血液浄化手段120の除水速度を減少させる。【選択図】図6
