Summary:To provide a hybrid power generation system which can easily be installed with a simple structure and can generate power even in the rain.SOLUTION: A hybrid power generation system includes: a photovoltaic power generation system; and a hydraulic power generation system. The photovoltaic power generation system includes a plurality of solar cell arrays arranged on an inclined surface. The solar cell array includes: a plurality of solar panels and a stand for fixing the plurality of solar panels, and an elastic coupling member made of expandable filler, which couples the two adjacent solar panels in the plurality of solar panels.
