To provide a structure of a water leak detection sensor capable of flexibly accommodating to existing cages and reliably detecting an occurrence of water leak, and water leak detection sensor including the structure therefor.SOLUTION: A structure 1 for a water leak detection sensor, provided in a cage Z, comprises a structure body 1a, and the structure body 1a includes a placement body A on which a sensor 2 for detecting water leak.
