Summary:To further improve drainability of condensed water accumulated on a surface of a heat transfer pipe, in a heat exchanger provided with two or more rows of heat transfer pipes with a flat shape.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 100 comprises a first heat exchange unit A in which a plurality of flat first heat transfer pipes 1A provided in multiple stages penetrate a first fin 2A, and a second heat exchange unit B in which a plurality of flat second heat transfer pipes 1B provided in multiple stages penetrate a second fin 2B.
