Summary:To provide a workpiece supply device and a picking system capable of improving comprehensive accuracy and efficiency of the whole picking system by shortening a processing time of picking while correcting an attitude of a workpiece on a conveyance path before picking is executed and maintaining necessary supply amount of the workpieces, in a workpiece conveyance device adopted in the picking system using a robot.SOLUTION: A second conveyance path 4 is divided into a buffer area 13 and a picking area 14, and individually conveyed workpieces 5c, 5d are imaged by a first camera 20 and a second camera 21, respectively.
