Summary:To provide a method of manufacturing a brazing sheet excellent in brazing performance of flux-free brazing.SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a brazing sheet, firstly, a clad ingot, which comprises an ingot for a core material made of an aluminum material and an ingot for a brazing filler metal made of an Al-Si-Mg-based alloy and arranged on at least one surface of the core material, is manufactured. A clad plate, which comprises the core material made of the ingot for the core material and the brazing filler metal made of the ingot for the brazing filler metal and arranged on the at least one surface of the core material, is manufactured by hot-rolling the clad ingot. Subsequently, cold rolling of one path or more is applied to the clad plate. Additionally, midway through the cold rolling or after the completion of the cold rolling, a surface of the clad plate is etched by using an etching liquid that contains an inorganic acid and that does not include a fluorine atom. Consequently, the brazing sheet for blazing the aluminum material can be obtained without use of flux in an inert gas atmosphere.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】フラックスフリーろう付におけるろう付性に優れたブレージングシートの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ブレージングシートの製造方法においては、まず、アルミニウム材からなる心材用塊と、Al−Si−Mg系合金からなり前記心材の少なくとも片面上に配置されたろう材用塊と、を備えたクラッド塊を作製する。前記クラッド塊に熱間圧延を施して、前記心材用塊からなる心材と、前記ろう材用塊からなり前記心材の少なくとも片面上に配置されたろう材と、を備えたクラッド板を作製する。次いで、前記クラッド板に1パス以上の冷間圧延を施す。また、冷間圧延の途中または冷間圧延の完了後に、無機酸を含有し、かつ、フッ素原子を含まないエッチング液を用いて前記クラッド板の表面をエッチングする。以上により、不活性ガス雰囲気中でフラックスを用いずにアルミニウム材のろう付を行うためのブレージングシートを得ることができる。【選択図】図1
