Summary:To provide an electrochemical device capable of improving gas sealability.SOLUTION: An electrochemical device includes: a separator in which a hydrogen electrode gas flow passage through which hydrogen electrode gas flows and an oxygen electrode gas flow passage through which oxygen electrode gas flows are formed; and an electrochemical cell that is provided on the separator and has an electrolyte film interposed between a hydrogen electrode and an oxygen electrode. Hydrogen electrode gas passes through the hydrogen electrode and oxygen electrode gas passes through the oxygen electrode.
