To provide a physical distribution cost management system, a physical distribution cost management method and a physical distribution cost management program capable of analyzing physical distribution cost obtained by combining physical distribution cost due to an outsourced car and self-physical distribution cost.SOLUTION: A physical distribution cost management system 100 includes a delivery request information acquisition part 102a for acquiring delivery request information, a car allocation processing part 102b for executing car allocation processing to generate outsourced car charge information, a journaling information creation part 102c for creating journaling information of the outsourced car charge information, a journaling information acquisition part 102d for acquiring journaling information related to self-physical distribution cost, and an analysis table preparation part 102f for mapping the journaling information of the outsourced car charge information and the journaling information related to the self-physical distribution cost to a prescribed physical distribution analysis table to prepare a physical distribution table.
