Summary:To improve sealability between a valve body and a valve seat when a valve is closed.SOLUTION: A valve device includes: a passage member 10 having a first passage 12; and an electromagnetic valve 20 which has a movable element 70 capable of moving in a predetermined direction and may open or close the first passage 12. The passage member 10 has an annular protruding part which encloses an opening 12a. A valve body part 70a of the movable element 70 has an annular elastic body 72 attached to a valve body base part 74. The annular elastic body 72 has: a first contact surface which contacts with one side surface as seen in a predetermined direction of a flange part of the valve body base part 74; an annular second contact surface which contacts with a step surface, oriented to the other side in the predetermined direction, of a step; and an annular seal surface which may contact with the annular protruding part from one side in the predetermined direction.
