Summary:To obtain a water turbine device which can supply air to a cavitation generation area even if the cavitation swirls in a position away from a center of a suction pipe, and to obtain an air supply mechanism.SOLUTION: A water turbine device 1 includes: a runner 5 which converts energy of water into rotational energy of a spindle 3; a suction pipe 6 which is disposed at the downstream side of the runner 5 and into which water discharged from the runner 5 flows; and an air supply mechanism 7 which supplies air to an interior of the suction pipe 6. The air supply mechanism 7 includes: a first air supply pipe 71, serving as an annular hollow body, which is disposed within the suction pipe 6 and extends in a circumferential direction of the suction pipe 6; and a second air supply pipe 72 which is disposed ranging from an exterior to the interior of the suction pipe 6 and may supply air to an interior of the first air supply pipe 71. The first air supply pipe 71 is formed with air supply ports 73 which allow the interior and an exterior of the first air supply pipe 71 to communicate with each other and may blow air into the suction tube 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】キャビテーションが吸出管の中心を離れて振れ回る場合でも、キャビテーションの発生領域に給気することができる水車装置および給気機構を得ること。【解決手段】水車装置1は、水の持つエネルギーを主軸3の回転エネルギーに変換するランナ5と、ランナ5の下流側に配置されて、ランナ5から吐出される水が流入する吸出管6と、吸出管6の内部に給気する給気機構7と、を備える。給気機構7は、吸出管6の内部に配置されて、吸出管6の周方向に延びる環状の中空体である第1の給気管71と、吸出管6の外部から内部に亘って配置されて、第1の給気管71の内部に空気を供給可能な第2の給気管72と、を備える。第1の給気管71には、第1の給気管71の内部と外部とを連通し、吸出管6の内部に空気を吹出可能な給気口73が形成されている。【選択図】図1
