Summary: | To provide a cross-linked material that is easy in molding and excellent also in the interlayer adhesiveness with other substrate, a laminate and a manufacturing method of the laminate.SOLUTION: A crosslinked material in which an ethylene unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer (C1) is crosslinked with an organic peroxide (C2) is a crosslinked material (C3) having a melt tension measured by the following measurement method (a) of 13 mN or larger and 140 mN or smaller. Measuring method (a): the crosslinked material (C3) is filled in a barrel heated to 190°C with a diameter of 9.55 mm. The crosslinked material (C3) is extruded into a string shape at a piston drop speed of 5 mm/min. from a capillary die of 2.095 mm diameter. A string shaped crosslinked material (C3) is passed through a pulley with load cells installed at a position of 300 mm below the capillary die, and the string shaped crosslinked material (C3) is wound around the winding roll. When the winding speed of the string shaped crosslinked material (C3) is increased at a constant rate so as to be 200 m/minute from the initial speed of 5.0 m/min after 4 minutes, the load applied to the pulley with load cell when the string shaped crosslinked material (C3) is broken is obtained as the molten tension (mN).SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】成形加工が容易で、他基材との層間接着性にも優れる架橋物、積層体および上記積層体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】エチレン・不飽和カルボン酸系共重合体(C1)を有機過酸化物(C2)で架橋した架橋物(C3)であって、上記架橋物(C3)は、以下の測定方法(a)により測定される溶融張力が13mN以上140mN以下である架橋物。測定方法(a):上記架橋物(C3)を190℃に加熱した直径9.55mmのバレルに充填する。上記架橋物(C3)を、直径2.095mmのキャピラリーダイから、ピストン降下速度5mm/分にて、紐状に押し出す。紐状の上記架橋物(C3)を、上記キャピラリーダイの下方300mmの位置に設置したロードセル付きプーリーに通過させ、紐状の上記架橋物(C3)を巻取りロールで巻き取る。紐状の上記架橋物(C3)の巻き取り速度を初速度5.0m/分から4分後に200m/分となるように一定の割合で増加させるときに、紐状の上記架橋物(C3)が破断したときのロードセル付きプーリーにかかる荷重を溶融張力(mN)として求める。【選択図】なし |
