Summary: | To provide a machine vice that simplifies centering adjustment work while actualizing a more compact structure to greatly improve workability thereof, and is effectively given a work center position adjustment function for a vice body.SOLUTION: As a double fastening vice configured to fasten a workpiece to be processed between mutually opposite movable jaws 16L, 16R, there is constituted a machine vice 10 with a centering adjustment function by providing: a piston flange part 34 which is formed on a spindle 14; a spindle holder 18 which is arranged at the spindle flange part 34 to support the spindle 14 in a freely rotatable state; and energizing means 22 which while making energizing force act on a nut 20 for centering adjustment and the spindle flange part 34, allowing the spindle 14 to move axially against the energizing force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】より一層コンパクトな構造を実現しつつ、センタリング調整作業を簡略化せしめて、その作業性を著しく向上せしめ得た、バイス本体に対するワークの中心位置調整機能が効果的に付与されてなるマシンバイスを提供すること。【解決手段】相対向した可動ジョー16L,16R間に加工されるべきワークを挟持せしめるようにした両締め型のバイスにおいて、スピンドル14に形成されたスピンドルフランジ部34と、スピンドルフランジ部34が配置せしめられて、スピンドル14を自由回転可能に支持するスピンドルホルダ18と、センタリング調整用ナット20とスピンドルフランジ部34に対して付勢力を作用せしめる一方、この付勢力に抗して、スピンドル14の軸方向への移動を許容する付勢手段22とを設けて、センタリング調整機能付きマシンバイス10を構成した。【選択図】図5 |
